Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, returns and exchanges are accepted under the conditions below.

Returns Window

Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Opened products and partially used items are eligible only if defective or damaged, see Hygiene & Safety below.

Hygiene & Safety (Cosmetics & Hair Care)

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used skincare and hair care products unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order information.





How to Return

Send us a message with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

We will provide return authorization and shipping instructions.

Ship the item back within 14 days of authorization. Use a traceable shipping method; we recommend retaining the receipt until refund is processed.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover return shipping.

For buyer remorse or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.


Refunds may be subject to a restocking fee (if applicable)


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Report within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item


Final Sale Items

Sale, clearance, and gift card purchases are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective
